At AnyMascot.com, we are committed to delivering your custom mascot costume as quickly and safely as possible. We offer two shipping options for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and other international destinations: Free Shipping and Expedited Shipping.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:

- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Canada
If you're located outside of these countries, don't worry! We also ship internationally to many other locations. Please contact our customer support team to inquire about shipping options for your country.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of the custom design.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

We offer two shipping methods:

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for all orders, with a delivery time of approximately 10-15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. -
Expedited Shipping:
For those who need their mascot costume sooner, we offer expedited shipping with a delivery time of 5-7 business days. This option is available for an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout. Usually should take 120 USD for each item if choosed expedited shipping option.

- Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout, with delivery in 5-7 business days.

Customs & Duties
- For international orders (outside the U.S.), customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or postal services in the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your mascot costume’s journey. You can also log into your account on our website to check the status of your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- In the unlikely event that your mascot costume is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at anymascotsale@gmail.com.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
